Rolo’s Story by Blake Morgan

Rolo’s Story is another touching tale from the Dog’s Eye View series. Full of personality and heart-warming friendship, it helps young readers understand what life is really like for dogs who are mistreated, live life on the street and are longing for a forever home.

When we meet Rolo, he thinks he doesn’t need a human. After too long being neglected and abused, he decides that trying to survive on the streets is better than the risk of being with a “Two Legs”. Always running, always hungry, Rolo realises he has a lot to learn and living on the streets isn’t as easy at seems.

Meeting Freya changes Rolo’s life completely. She isn’t anything like the “Two Legs” he’s met in the past. Spending time with her, he learns important lessons about friendship, trust and where he belongs.
