Birch Trees, Bluebells and other British Plants by Nikki Dyson

Birch Trees, Bluebells and other British Plants is a beautiful non-fiction sticker book created in association with National Trust.  It is full of many of the flowers, plants and trees you might find in the British countryside throughout the year. Facts about how plants live and grow have been combined with lovely, brightly coloured illustrations. Readers will learn about what grows in forests, ponds, at the coast and even in vegetable patches.

A checklist of all the plants in the book is included with space to tick and date when readers have seen each one. This will encourage children to go outside and find for themselves the great variety of plants in our country.

Thank you to Nosy Crow for this engaging book. We can’t wait to take it outside as we look for the beautiful plants around us.
