Now You See Me. Now You Don’t by Patricia Hegarty & illustrated by Jonny Lambert

Full of gorgeous colours and wonderful animals, this rhyming story is sure to entertain children of all ages. With a new take on the Golden Rule – do to others as you would have them do to you – readers can see how teasing might make others feel and how important it is to be kind.

Chameleon is a trickster, a troublemaker, who spends his days causing mischief and mayhem. He avoids his chores and going to bed, teasing the other animals in the jungle and playing pranks. One day, his jokes go too far and Frog decides to teach Chameleon a lesson. Suddenly, it isn’t funny anymore and Chameleon starts to understand how the other animals feel. He decides to apologise and change his ways – or has he?

Children will love trying to spot the camouflaged Chameleon and Frog on each page and giggle at all of the trouble Chameleon causes.
