About the author:
Jonny loves action, adventure and travel. He has trekked the Amazon rainforest, he has dived the Great Barrier Reef. He has jumped out of planes, raced sailing dinghies, climbed sheer rock faces and spent a lifetime studying martial arts.
As a former publisher, he has travelled the world visiting countries in every continent. As a musician, he has performed thousands of gigs singing, playing guitar, harmonica, bass and drums. As a diver, he has dived in the Coral Sea, the South Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, the Caribbean Sea and the Red Sea. As a martial artist, he has trained for forty years studying two different styles of Karate, Aikido, Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Shorinji Kempo. He holds a 4th degree black belt and is the current Chairman of the United Kingdom Shorinji Kempo Federation.
He has worked as a farmer, a microbiologist, a machine operator, a salesman, a publisher, a musician and an entertainment agent. He holds a degree in Zoology from Kings College London, specialising in animal behaviour.
