Timothy Mean (and Lucy) and the Time Machine 2 by William A.E. Ford & illustrated by Marcelo Simonetti

Timothy Mean (and Lucy) and the Time Machine 2 is the wonderfully fun sequel to Timothy Mean and the Time Machine. This rhyming fantasy fiction story is full of adventure. Timothy will do anything to avoid playing with his sister and doing his chores so he jumps into his time machine to journey to incredible points in history. From Cleopatra and the Egyptians to Julius Caesar and the Romans to King Neptune and Atlantis (and all sorts in between), Timothy meets fascinating people and has to get himself out of some pretty terrifying scrapes. When he lands on Mars, it looks like it could be the end for Timothy. Is there any way out?!

This unique book demonstrates the power of imagination. With brilliant, full page illustrations and a sense of excitement and danger leaping off the page, children of all ages will be drawn in.  The adventure of the past combined with challenging vocabulary and fun repetitive phrases create an engaging reading experience.

Thank you to William A.E. Ford for this fantastic book!
