Book Review, Middle Grade Fiction

My Favourite Books of 2024

Every December, it’s such a joy to take time to look back over all the books I’ve been privileged to read and review on Scope for Imagination.  I’d like to share my favourite books of this year – ones that have challenged me, empowered me, made me laugh, and even made me cry. There have been some truly incredible middle grade books published by a range of publishers.

Not all of these books have been published in 2024 but I’ve had the pleasure of reading them between January and December. Here are 25 great stories everyone needs to read. Which is your favourite?
